How to use our Prepaid VoIP call cards

  1. Scratch away the silver panel on the back of the card to reveal your password.
  2. Dial the Gateway Number - 087 625 6789*
  3. Enter your password followed by the pound key (Also known as the hash, represented by a "#").
  4. You will be advised of your available credit.
  5. You will be asked to dial the full international number that you wish to get through to. Please dial the complete number, beginning with "09".
  6. You will be informed of your available talktime in minutes, and the gateway will then promptly connect your call.
  7. To disconnect simply hang up

How to use our Postpaid VoIP call cards

  1. Dial the Gateway Number - 087 625 6789*
    Alternatively, the call can be placed using compatible PC phone client software (Windows Messenger, X-Ten).
  2. Enter your password followed by the pound key (Also known as the hash, represented by a "#").
  3. You will be advised of your available credit.
  4. You will be asked to dial the full international number that you wish to get through to. Please dial the complete number, beginning with "09".
  5. You will be informed of your available talktime in minutes, and the gateway will then promptly connect your call.
  6. To disconnect simply hang up

* This number can only be dialed from a land line and is MUCH CHEAPER than phoning an 086 number. Telkom charges calls to this number at 0.50c per minute at all times and from anywhere in the country.
