Our standard dial-up connection is designed to be cost effective yet reliable and secure.
All standard dial-up email accounts are protected by both SPAM and VIRUS filters that block all potentially harmful messages. Both of these filters are updated constantly, providing you with up to the minute security. Clients using a standard dial-up connection may also opt to make use of 5 Free aliases, effectively giving you 5 different email addresses that share a common mailbox.
It is important to note that clients who use the standard dial-up account are unable to send attachments over 5 Megabytes in size. The limit is in place to ensure that all of our clients have a smooth and efficient online experience.
With dial-up, you can only dial-up from one location at a time. This means that your account will not function correctly if it is set-up in more than one location, for example at your home and at your office. If you feel that someone is accessing your account without your permission it is possible for us to trace the phone numbers that the calls are originating from.
